I use the same font Bloc Party use for their album covers, which is Gill Sans MT. It's a really clean font that works in many situations and i use it for most things. Glad you like it!

Very cool. Love it's simplicity. The marriage of the two images is nicely done, well balanced. Could have turned out cluttered, nicely controlled.

I enjoy this one a bit more, I must say. It's not as busy. I find the band in the corner of the other one a bit distracting. This is a much neater and calmer design.

For this one i really wanted to capture the aesthetic of the Silent Alarm album cover. It's my favourite album of all time and I have always loved the cover. I figured it suited their style a bit better as well. It's strange though because of the people I have shown them to, 50% like the black one and the other half like this one. I think it's a good sign cause it shows they are both appealing depending on who you're talking to.

'spose it links back to how you mentioned Silent Alarm. Silent Alarm is still my favourite album of the three, and the cover always linked so well to the music. Always really enjoyed it.

So people who preferred the other two albums might like the other design more, cause it's fairly reminiscent of A Weekend in the City
